FACTUAL

- So we are gravely concerned by reports that the state authorities ordered officers to contact the participants of the survey to "verify" whether they have had sex.( the sentence has no specific evident)
- If the concern is teenage premarital sex, then both boys and girls have to be studied before any awareness programmes may be designed. ('if' shows that the writer did not sure... so it just the opinion of the writer)
- Was there a similar research focusing on boys in the first place, conducted simultaneously with the research on girls? If there is a need for a "special training module to promote high moral values" among girls, surely this will apply equally to boys? With regard to the size and make-up of the sampling: how were the respondents selected? (Questions are not the fact...)
